Love Made Visible
Based in Winter Garden, FL, Love Made Visible is an active and rapidly-growing non-profit organization that seeks to help vulnerable children both locally and across the globe.

Case
With plans to expand on the horizon, Love Made Visible’s previous brand felt outdated and not reflective of the vibrant organization they are today. In addition, an upcoming high-profile donor event left them feeling unprepared with current branding and promotional assets that no longer reflected the growth they’ve achieved in the last five years.
Love Made Visible needed a new brand identity design that fully reflected the compassion, care, support, and professionalism that they show to families, agencies, churches, and donors alike.
Strategy
Love Made Visible plays the vital role of facilitator, equipper, and supporter. Providing resources, training, mediation, and finances to those who seek assistance, Love Made Visible takes on a supporting role in the story of their audience’s mission to help.
The brand messaging I created for this amazing organization lets the audience be the hero of the story. Love Made Visible is then the compassionate, supporting guide who equips these heroes to change the world.
This is a messaging shift from
“We can change the world, you can help us”
to
“You can change the world, we can help you”.
Brand Visual Identity Design
I started off the design portion of the branding process with bright jewel tones but it didn’t quite feel right, though I couldn’t explain why. However, as soon as the client asked for a vibrant yellow, I knew we’d hit the right note!
I partnered an optimistic, hopeful yellow with an earthy orange, a contrasting deep mulberry purple, warm grays, and a solid green to ground the palette.
Following the brand messaging we set as a foundation, I created two phrases that invite the audience into the story and give them a role to aspire toward: to be love made visible.
Once the solid footing of the brand was established, I designed this small educational booklet that walks through Love Made Visible’s story and ends with an invitation to join the mission! And who wouldn’t love the delightful photos of the kids taken by J. Greenwood Photography and Brandon Kari?
Finally, I made the story come to life with a responsive website design that shares how they accomplish their mission to be love made visible and provides an opportunity at every turn for the audience to get involved. Applying the new brand to social media and creating a custom t-shirt apparel design finished out the branding collateral!
